Marisa and Mauro’s cuisine mainly features game meat dishes that respect the meat’s quality and seasonality.

You can taste our wonderful bruschette laced with excellent extra virgin olive oil from the surrounding hills and continue your meal with our seasonal soups or pasta dishes with game-meat or truffle condiments. The flavour experience continues with the meat dishes of wild boar or mixed grills cooked in the kitchen’s fireplace and accompanied by porcini mushrooms. Our delicious desserts will delight your palate.

Nouvelle Cuisine and Tuscan Tradition
From this year 2012, Marisa and Mauro, increasingly attentive to the needs of their customers, have consulted Master Chef Simone Falcini, rising star of the Italian cuisine and "2012 Star of Restoration", to add a small touch of nouvelle cuisine through his experience.
